2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. The Service

FindEVSpot helps you discover EV charging stations from multiple providers, plan charging-aware routes, search and filter stations, recharge across supported networks, and earn cashback rewards. Station availability, pricing, and connector information are sourced from third-party charging networks and may change without notice; FindEVSpot does not guarantee that any specific station will be available, operational, or accurately priced at any given time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent station reports, reviews, or charging-session claims.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without our written permission.

5. Payments & Cashback Rewards Program

Charging sessions are billed by the relevant charging network at their published rates; FindEVSpot may facilitate payment through Multi-Platform Recharging but is not the merchant of record for the underlying charging service unless stated otherwise. Cashback earned through the Cashback Rewards Program is subject to the eligibility rules, expiry, and redemption terms displayed in the app, which may be updated from time to time.

6. Third-Party Charging Networks

FindEVSpot aggregates information from independent charging network operators. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, availability, or performance of any physical charging station, or for the acts or omissions of any third-party provider. Your use of a charging station may also be subject to that provider's own terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Logicware Media Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Route suggestions, range predictions, and station data are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for trip planning, especially in low-range or emergency situations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Logicware Media Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, FindEVSpot, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
